Provisional judge forms
The three reports that record a provisional judge's supervised days — one set for each trial. Each is signed by the person filling it in, then emailed to forms@happyratters.com with the subject line printed on the form. The club's and the supervising judge's evaluations go in directly, not through the applicant.
Junior Handler forms
Both forms for handlers aged 5–17 — getting your own Junior Handler number, then reporting the points you earn with it. The points form is filled in at the trial and emailed to forms@happyratters.com with the subject line printed on the form.
Incident reporting
For any incident involving physical harm to a dog, person, or rat at a Happy Ratters trial. If the situation is urgent, call first — the numbers are on the form and the incident page.
